PNRP - Appeals Version
The Appeals version (below) identifies which parts of the Proposed Natural Resources Plan (PNRP) are subject to appeals and therefore may change as a result of the appeals process. Those parts of the PNRP under appeal are shown in red text with the Appellant party(ies) listed in the right hand margin.
The Natural Resources Plan will not be fully operative until all appeals are resolved. Where a rule of a proposed Plan has not been appealed, in accordance with Section 86F it must be treated as operative (and any previous rule as inoperative).
Where appeals are resolved, Consent Orders will be issued by the Environment Court and will be recorded in the table referenced below (see link). The relevant sections of the PNRP will then be updated and made available on Council’s website. Please note that the Council is not providing an annotation service, or printing hard copies of the Appeals Version and each person is responsible for updating their hard copies of the PNRP.
