Wharewaka Functions Centre (Mokopuna Room, upstairs)

The Wharewaka Functions Centre is located at Odlins Square, 2 Taranaki Street Wharf, Wellington waterfront.  It sits on the waterfront facing north on the Wellington harbour. To its west is Freyberg Lagoon and to the east, is the Te Papa Museum.

Car parking is available on Cable Street, Wilsons parking, 5 minutes walk from the venue or at Te Papa Museum.

Te Papa Museum - Wellington (Te Huinga Centre, Level 3)

The Te Papa Museum is located at 55 Cable Street, Wellington.  The hearing is being held in the Rangimarie Room 2, Level 3, Te Huinga Centre for the week of 23-24 April and 26-27 April 2018.  Access is from the main entrance to the Te Papa Museum.  Parking is available at $4 per hour.

Sports Wellington - Wairarapa

The yellow street is Chapel St which runs off High St (southern entry to Masterton). Sports Wairarapa is 100m past the 2nd roundabout (Cnr of Chapel & Renall Sts). The building is on the corner of Chapel & Jackson Sts.

Free parking is directly across the road on Essex St. (car park).

Main entry to the building is on Jackson St. Sports Wairarapa Staff will be downstairs if submitters need more specific directions.

Masterton Choice Room

The Choice Room is in the GWRC Masterton Office at 34 Chapel St, Masterton. There is street parking around the building nearby. If you go to reception, the entry is on Chapel St, Council reception staff will sign you in and direct you to the Choice room.  

Westpac Stadium (Wellington)

On foot
The Stadium is a short walk from the central business district of Wellington. Get yourself to Wellington Railway Station. Join the elevated walkway that takes you directly to the Stadium entrance. Three access points to the walkway. From Thorndon Quay just north of the railway station. From near Shed 21 on the port. Or directly from the railway platforms (8/7, 6/5, 4/3). The walkway is 650m long. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to walk the length of the walkway.

By car
Vehicle access is off Waterloo Quay, at the traffic lights opposite the entrance to CentrePort (and adjacent to the overbridge between CentrePort and the Stadium walkway). Parking is available on the Mezzanine Car park (access is half way up the main vehicle ramp) $10 Flat rate. Two Pay and Display Machines are located on the Mezzanine Floor. Payment is by coins or credit card. From the mezzanine car park, use the central staircase to access the walkway which will take you to the main entrance of the Stadium, and your function room.

 Coastlands Shoppingtown - Rimu Room

 The Rimu Room is at Coastlands Shoppingtown.

The Rimu Room plan shows the first floor in yellow, Submitters just need to take the door on the right once they've come through our Main entrance by Countdown and follow to the Rimu Room.
