Request for information: 

"RNZ News requests comprehensive information about GW's interactions with the TG operators, re compliance with key environmental consents eg around water etc, from when the road opened till now

TG was presented to the public as achieving high enviro standards across the range of possible pollutions and enviro impacts. RNZ wishes to test, via GW record of interactions how it is doing. 

As GW knows better than we do, what the key environmental measures are, and how many, and what mechanisms are in place, such as discharge consents, we request GW provide for each key measure and mechanism, a summary of the compliance record so far of TG; and for this to cover every stage of GW's involvement, including from monitoring of all kinds to enforcement of all kinds. 

Given this is a PPP, we also request to know anything specific re the above to it being a PPP (it may change some interventions, say) and in particular any advice or review or similar into this particular PPP's operational performance to date since the road opened

Please ensure the response covers any breaches and enforcements and fines etc of any kind, dated and detailed as to what was involved and outcome."
