Requested Information:

Hello,
Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA), I would like to request a list of meetings of the Whaitua Kapiti Committee. Kāpiti Coast District Council (KCDC) Councillor Jocelyn Prvanov (and Sophie Hadford as alternative) was a member of the Whaitua Kapiti Committee, between November 2022 and November 2024.
Regardless of attending all meeting, specifically, I would like to know:
The date of each and every scheduled meeting
The type of meeting (e.g., Tiriti House meeting, Kawanatanga House meeting, or
other)
The purpose of each meeting, as it relates to the work of the Whaitua Kapiti
Committee
If the Councillor attended the meeting or not.
Additionally, I am particularly interested in how KCDC was updated with regard to the “regular update report that members can use to keep their respective representative bodies informed,” as stated in Section 13.2 of the Whaitua Kapiti Committee Terms of Reference.
Could you provide details on how these updates were documented or communicated to KCDC?
