This direction is intended to create an exclusion zone while a pipeline is being placed at the Seaview Tanker wharf. There is equipment in the water that could be hazardous to recreational vessels and may cause damage. No vessels except those working on the project are to enter the marked boundary in the vicinity of the Seaview Tanker wharf. This direction will remain in place from 10 March 2026 until the work is completed.
