The annual resource consent compliance report is a
summary of all compliance monitoring undertaken in
the 2002/2003 financial year on consents monitored
by the Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC)
from offices in both Wellington and the Wairarapa.

This report is intended to provide a comprehensive
background to compliance status over the year for all
on-going consented activities such as municipal
sewage discharges, landfill operations, major river
works and industrial air discharges, as well as
smaller 'one-off' activities and works such as those
in the coastal marine area.
