The purpose of this report is to facilitate the development of land
use and urban planning guidelines to promote and support
cycling throughout the Wellington Region. This report introduces
a set of draft guidelines for discussion and further input by some
of the key stakeholders in such planning.
It is intended that these guidelines be incorporated into the
Wellington Regional Land Transport Strategy.
